ArtStarts Explores: Hidden Colours with Everyday Tools

I created a little workshop video for Artstarts’ Explores series titled: Exploring Hidden Colours with Everyday Tools. Starting with the question “what if I have no art supplies?,” we will look for hidden colours that surrounds us in everyday life. With respects to the land and what it provides us, scraps and small samples will be harvested to explore, play, and make marks using household objects.

ArtStarts Explores is a digital series for creative and adventurous families. These workshops explore creativity through hands-on investigations and a wide variety of materials and artistic mediums. We invite families to experiment together through observing, touching, drawing, moving, assembling and listening to ignite creative learning.
